Please notify us of any death that you think could be directly due to misuse of drugs or alcohol. You should email drd_notifications@bathnes.gov.uk.
The Public Health & Preventative Services team at B&NES Council monitor these types of death, and will work with local agencies to understand more information about the person and any recent contact with local services.
The learning from this is reviewed regularly with relevant agencies so that we can put in place steps to try and prevent future deaths.
